RE: RECOVER KAPCHORWA UGANDAN CHILD
Recover Kapchorwa Uganda is a Christian children Organization established by Grace Hill Baptist Church Kapchorwa, Sipi Region. It is a multi-Churches model with Baptist Churches in Sipi Region-Uganda covering Bukwo, Kween, Kapchorwa and Karamoja region etc.
The main headquarter office of the project is located at Grace Hill Baptist Church Kapchorwa Town Council which is along Mbale high way 1km Northwest of Kapchorwa Town.
The vision of the project is to be an encounter of evangelism through children organization.
To ensure appropriate and adequate support to the needy Orphans and vulnerable, HIV/AIDS children patients, street children and destitute.
It is divided in three aspects
These are aspects which are needed to build children spiritually in God’s ministry and evangelizing the good news of Jesus Christ and these include:
Training Sunday school teachers.
Supplying children with Christ teaching templates with portraits and various apostolic pictures events in the bible etc.
Exchange of Church visits by children exercising their ministry and right to evangelize.
Children bible quiz competitions
Organizing children seminars, retreats, Children camp and conferences.
Radio talk shows preaching are by children.
Preaching in primary and Nursery schools.
Supplying children particularly Orphans and Vulnerable children (OVC’s) with clothing’s and beding’s.
Feeding of (OVC’s) through supplying them with food
Supplying (OVC’s) with scholastic materials e.g books, uniforms, pencils and pens etc.
Sponsoring (OVC’s) in terms of school fees.
Resettlement of (OVC’s) through building an Orphanage.
Guidance and counseling of destitute HIV/AIDS and Orphans.
Re-uniting O.V.Cs, street children with their parents.
Treating of simple illnesses eg Worms, Malaria through supply og drugs.
